Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Wraptable, including beta access, account creation, project collaboration, uploaded files, production tools, review tools, document storage, and related communication features.

Beta Product

Wraptable is currently a beta product. Features, storage limits, integrations, pricing, retention behavior, and export workflows may change as the service is tested and improved.

Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens in your workspace. Project owners, admins, and producers control project access, invites, sensitive documents, and role-based permissions for their teams.

Uploads And Production Materials

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload scripts, logos, cuts, plates, documents, receipts, images, sounds, and any other project materials. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material that violates another party's rights.

AI Disclosure

Some Wraptable workflows may allow users to use AI-assisted features, including receipt information extraction, script processing, script breakdown support, generated summaries, document parsing, and future production planning assistance. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human before it is relied on for production, legal, financial, safety, or hiring decisions.

Payments

Paid plans, when enabled, may be processed by third-party payment providers. Users may still be able to sign in if payment fails, but project usage can be limited until the workspace returns to an active billing state.

Disputes And Arbitration

To the fullest extent allowed by law, disputes arising from or relating to Wraptable will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, security, or confidential information. Users waive participation in class actions and jury trials where permitted by law.
