Wraptable is built for private production workspaces. We collect account details, project data, uploaded files, invite activity, and basic usage information so teams can create projects, collaborate, and keep production records organized.

What We Store

During beta, users may upload scripts, images, documents, receipts, call sheets, review files, and other project materials. Uploaded files are used to power the tools inside the workspace and are not sold.

Email And Invites

We send account, beta access, project invite, and production workflow emails. Project owners and producers may send team communications such as call sheets or attached project files to collaborators.

AI-Assisted Features

Some Wraptable tools may use AI to help process user-provided materials, such as receipt extraction, script processing, script breakdown support, document parsing, summaries, and future production planning assistance. AI output should be reviewed by users before being relied on for production, legal, financial, safety, or hiring decisions.

Beta Notice

Wraptable is in private beta. Features, storage providers, and retention policies may evolve as the product matures. Sensitive legal, tax, payroll, or final archival workflows should be independently backed up.
