AI Use Notice

Deterministic parsing, optical character recognition, and rules-based extraction are not generative AI. The conversational feature is optional, permission-aware, and receives a bounded project snapshot assembled by Wraptable after the user and project are authorized. Studio may prepare a call-sheet draft, alternate schedule, or production-budget draft only after showing a proposal and receiving an authorized user’s confirmation.

Wraptable does not use customer account data, project data, uploaded scripts, media, documents, messages, prompts, or AI outputs to train AI models.

We do not enable a third-party AI provider to train its models on customer content. Our AI integration remains provider-neutral so providers can be evaluated and changed based on privacy, security, quality, availability, and cost.

When a user deliberately starts an AI-assisted task, Wraptable may send only the content reasonably needed to:

• Suggest script breakdown candidates from bounded, source-cited screenplay elements for human review.
• Summarize or classify user-selected production documents.
• Identify possible schedule conflicts, missing call-sheet information, or revision effects.
• Draft production-facing text for a user to review, edit, approve, or reject.

AI output is a candidate, not a final production record. A confirmed Studio proposal may create a reviewable draft or alternate version, but publishing, choosing the working schedule, sending a call sheet or budget, approving a review cut, and deleting records remain under human control. Users are responsible for checking accuracy, permissions, rates, assumptions, and context.

• AI can omit facts, invent facts, misunderstand scene context, or reflect bias.
• AI is not legal, financial, medical, employment, insurance, tax, stunt, or production-safety advice.
• Do not rely on AI alone for worker classification, hiring, firing, compensation, safety, or rights decisions.
• Users must have authority to process confidential scripts and personal information submitted to a feature.
• Do not enter secrets, passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

AI tasks may be processed by contracted model or infrastructure providers. Wraptable configures SlateBot responses not to be stored as retrievable provider application state. A provider may retain limited abuse- monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless stricter eligible data controls apply. Wraptable keeps prompts and answers out of its audit logs; audit records contain operational metadata such as the project, outcome, model, token counts, and request identifier.

AI tools are optional and clearly identified. Teams can continue using core script, breakdown, scheduling, call-sheet, document, and review workflows without asking SlateBot to process content.
